Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: For hygiene and safety, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Damaged/Defective or Wrong Item: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Exclusions: Opened or used personal-care products, final-sale items, and gift cards are not returnable unless defective.
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect), we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.

Refunds
- Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Timeline: After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
- Partial Refunds: We may issue partial refunds for items not in original condition, returned beyond the window, or missing parts (if accepted at our discretion).
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest method is to place a new order and request a return for the original item. If your item arrived damaged/defective, we will replace it at no cost once verified.

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email support@nova123.store immediately. We’ll do our best, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
Shipping & Delivery (U.S.)
- Processing Time: Orders placed by 12:00 pm Central Time (CT) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that ship the next business day. Processing may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.
- Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on the service you select at checkout and destination.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days to most U.S. addresses.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days to most U.S. addresses.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery to most metro areas (availability and cutoff times vary by ZIP).
- Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships.
- PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Certain expedited options may not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO; USPS is typically required.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $75+ (before tax and after discounts) shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Select the free option at checkout when eligible. Not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or expedited methods.

Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please verify your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a carrier marks a package “Delivered,” risk of loss passes to the recipient. If you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office, then contact us—we’ll help start a carrier trace.
- Carrier Delays: Weather and other carrier delays are outside our control. Estimated transit times are not guarantees.
