• By ordering, you confirm the accuracy of information provided and authorize us to charge the selected payment method.
• You will receive an order confirmation and a notice when items ship.

6) Product Information & Pricing

Product names (e.g., Locs Loading Shampoo, Lush Locs Nourishing Hair Oil) and prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. We strive to display product details and colors accurately; however, variations can occur due to screen settings or updates to formulations.

7) Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States (and may add locations over time).
• Delivery estimates can vary due to carrier constraints or factors beyond our control.
• Tracking details are provided once an order is dispatched.

8) Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, email support@nvlxlabs.com.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care items cannot be returned.

9) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
• Individual results vary. Perform a patch test before use and discontinue if irritation occurs.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVLX Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
