      At NVLX Labs, your satisfaction matters. We want you to love your Locs Shampoo, Locs Hair Oil, and every product purchased from
      www.nvlxlabs.com. If something isn’t right, we’ll move fast within the terms below.

    1. Returns & Refunds

      Eligibility

      • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
      • Condition must match how you received it.
      • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible due to hygiene and safety standards.

      Return Window

      You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.

      Non-Refundable Items

      • Opened or used Locs Shampoo or Locs Hair Oil
      • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
      • Gift cards or promotional items

      How to Start a Return

      1. Email support@nvlxlabs.com with your order number and reason for return.
      2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions (including the return address).
      3. Ship the unopened item back within the specified timeframe.

      Return Shipping & Processing

      • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
      • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund.
      • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email an approval/rejection update.
      • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    1. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

      Damaged or Defective on Arrival

      Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@nvlxlabs.com with photos and a brief description. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.

      Missing or Short-Shipped Items

      Report missing items within 7 days of receipt (include package photos if applicable). NVLX Labs reserves up to 30 days from the initial shipment date to re-ship any verified missing/damaged items.

    1. Shipping & Delivery (U.S.)

      • Where we ship: Continental United States, incl. APO/FPO.
      • Carrier & transit time: UPS Ground; typical transit 1–7 business days.
      • Order processing: Up to 3 business days. Orders after 2:00 PM EST are treated as next business day. Business days: Mon–Fri, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST continue next business day.
      • International: We are not shipping internationally at this time.

    1. Incorrect Shipping Information

      If a package is returned or delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address, no one available to receive the package, or the package exceeding the carrier’s hold window, the customer is responsible for re-delivery costs. NVLX Labs is not responsible for packages lost/misdelivered due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout. No refunds are issued for orders confirmed delivered to the address entered. No edits or cancellations can be made once an order is submitted.

    1. Lost or Stolen Packages

      If tracking shows Delivered, NVLX Labs is not responsible for loss or theft. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery address, date, carrier, and tracking. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for investigation.

    1. Items Not in Stock / Back-Orders

      We strive to keep inventory available for immediate shipment. During high demand, some items may be back-ordered. If a replacement item is back-ordered, we will notify you, provide an available alternative, and issue a store credit for any price difference (if applicable).
